The length of tenure of many of our appointees and the ratio of
successful appointments to assignments commissioned, is due to our
approach which is unique in Scotland.

We use over 25 years' experience of executive recruitment to know
where to find the skills our clients require. For middle and specialist
management roles this is often in local markets. For senior roles we
often have to perform truly global searches in which our candidates
have come to Scotland from the furthest corners of the globe
including Russia and China and of course all parts of the UK.
